I traveled to Seattle recently and wanted to share some food love with you. It’s totally doable to eat healthy on vacation and still enjoy vacation! I made sure to cram in plenty of seafood and local wine, beer and cider. I always include vegetables or fruit with every meal. I definitely still indulge though! I always try to get in plenty of walking as it’s an easy way to see the sights and get exercise.
I was fortunate to spend time with awesome friends and family. I am truly grateful for the quality time we shared. For a special bonus we met chef Edouardo Jordan! He recently won two James Beard awards and while we only ate at one of his restaurants, Junebaby, I’m confident I would devour any food he put in front me.
